In this role you lead the Consumer Tissue marketing for Italy, Iberia, and Switzerland, steering the Tempo, Plenty, and Colhogar brands. You will manage a small team and align cross-functionally with sales, mill, and global teams to deliver end-to-end plans. You’ll contribute to long-range strategy and local innovation, including new product development, while overseeing budget and launches. Based in Legnano, you drive market impact and brand growth in a dynamic, multi-country context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned brands
• Contribute to the 5Y strategic plan including drivers and financial planning
• Drive local innovation and participate in new product development
• Manage A&P budget and allocate funding across activities
• Lead product launches within budget and area of responsibility
• Coordinate end-to-end with sales, customer marketing, mill, and global teams
• Ensure accurate logistics forecast and participate in S&OP process
• Lead category performance reviews and communicate insights to management
• Develop and mentor the direct reports team
• Be part of the Italy Leadership Team

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration; 10–15 years in brand marketing within international FMCG (B2C)
• Proven team leadership experience with direct and remote reports
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Collaborative leadership style with proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Strong financial acumen with strategic and holistic thinking
