About the Position
The Marketing Manager Hospitality is a key member of the Hospitality Global Divisional team and leads our marketing efforts for the global Hospitality segment. This position owns marketing planning for global initiatives, coordinates asset creation and delivery, manages event production, and supports agency partners and outsourced teams in executing global campaigns.
As a Go‑To‑Market leader, you will collaborate with divisional stakeholders to build calendars, select campaigns, and prioritize workloads to achieve strategic goals. You will work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing partners to ensure our stories are timely, drive customer and consumer demand for the right products, and build our global brand community.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Own the marketing tollgates for the Hospitality product portfolio, adapting to product lifecycle stages (from new product naming and messaging to product promotions in mature stage)
- Develop the marketing strategy for the Hospitality division in line with company objectives
- Prioritize and track marketing investments according to division objectives
- Plan and oversee trade shows with internal sales teams and external stand builder agencies
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns with external agencies (Google Ads, Email Marketing, Sponsored Articles, LinkedIn Ads)
- Manage collateral and support material with internal graphic designers and external translation agencies (catalogues, product leaflets, value proposal decks)
- Serve as the point of contact for marketing support to the Hospitality sales organization
- Lead digital‑first operational marketing initiatives to generate sales leads
- Create an integrated, consumer‑centric, and on‑brand Dometic experience across all Hospitality division communication channels
- Align closely with global branding to ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate and manage projects with stakeholders in multiple countries
- Negotiate and develop relationships with suppliers and vendors

Qualifications
- Business proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in professional settings, including meetings, presentations, and written correspondence.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing management roles within a company that manufactures physical products, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
- Expert knowledge in building and executing marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition, conversion management, channel optimization, and traffic analysis.
- Proven business judgment and decision‑making skills: ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high‑impact initiatives.
