With a massive 50,000㎡ precision manufacturing facility, we specialize in high-end hardware and jewelry components. We are now seeking a dynamic leader to join our digital marketing team to boost brand influence and drive business growth across the Italian and European luxury markets.
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Italy (Milan, Rome, or Florence preferred, key luxury hubs) to lead digital marketing strategy and execution for Italian and European luxury clients. You will bridge our China-based headquarters and the Italian market, enhancing brand visibility and supporting business development through high-tech, data-driven marketing, aligned with Italian luxury industry norms.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (Social Media, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) specifically tailored for the Italian and European luxury and premium hardware markets, catering to local consumer preferences.
- Campaign Management: Plan and optimize digital campaigns (both in English and Italian) to drive brand awareness and high-value client engagement, focusing on Italy’s luxury audience.
- Cross-Border Coordination: Coordinate between cross-functional teams (China & Italy) and act as a key contact for Italian digital marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth communication across time zones.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations (e.g., GDPR) and global luxury brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing experience in the luxury, jewelry, or high-end fashion industry (Italy/European market experience is essential; familiarity with Italian luxury brands is a strong plus).
- Technical Savvy: Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram Business Suite, etc.).
- Global Collaboration: Experience collaborating with international teams across time zones (experience with China-based teams is a significant advantage).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian (written & spoken) – both are essential for client communication and internal coordination; Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a valuable bonus for cross-border collaboration.
Required Skills
- Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural navigation skills, with a deep understanding of Italian business culture and luxury market etiquette.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, capable of delivering under pressure in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.
- Ability to work flexibly across China/Italy time zones, ensuring effective coordination with the headquarters team.
