How You’ll Make An Impact
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in both the pre-sales and post-sales phases of our loyalty campaigns. Working closely with Client Directors, you’ll help shape strategic pitches, manage campaign execution, and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Pre-Sales Responsibilities
- Translate client briefs into compelling pitch decks that reflect TCC’s insight-driven strategy and creative strengths.
- Collaborate with Client Directors, the Head of Marketing, and Reward Development to define strategic approaches.
- Ensure all sales materials align with TCC’s brand positioning and visual identity.
- Research market trends, product features, and digital activation opportunities to enrich proposals.
- Organize and manage internal and external sales events—from concept to execution.
- Lead day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate creative teams to develop POS materials and campaign assets.
- Review and approve all communications (online and offline) for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage marketing and digital activations to boost campaign visibility and performance.
- Oversee store checks, campaign-related shoots, and case study development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term success.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or loyalty campaigns.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for design; Canva proficiency is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Fluent in English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) is a bonus.
- Experience in event planning and trade show coordination.
