Role purpose:

The successful candidate will support the execution of local marketing activities in Italy, contributing to brand visibility, customer engagement, digital communication and customer experience initiatives across the marinas.

This role is initially offered as a maternity cover position, with the opportunity to continue within the organization as part of the Italy marketing team, supporting the Marketing Manager Italy in the implementation of local and regional marketing plans.


Key accountabilities & Decision ownership

  • Implements and complies with all D-Marin standard procedures and brand marketing activities.
  • Assists in the coordination of local marketing initiatives, events, partnerships and promotional activities.
  • Collaborates closely with the Marketing Manager Italy and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing plans.
  • Coordinates with external agencies and suppliers for marketing material production and campaign execution.
  • Supports social media, digital communication and content creation for local marinas, overseeing visual outputs and developing relevant copy.Develops targeted campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Manager / Head of CX & Marketing.
  • Oversees agency activities and drives brand awareness based on the D-Marin global standards.
  • Analyses customer journeys and provides input on best practices in local marinas to enrich and improve customer experience.
  • Implements D-Marin brand identity across local marinas, guiding beautification projects and ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines.Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and project pipelines, including but not limited to marketing budget, NPS, customer data etc.
  • Participates in local and global projects as instructed by the Head of CX and Marketing.

Must have professional / technical qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Postgraduate degree will be an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing department of a multinational company.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Driver’s licence.
