Marketing Services Expert (Remote)

Tribeca Softech is an operator-first venture and revenue accelerator and a strategic technology ecosystem creator that helps large enterprises execute board- and CXO-level transformation initiatives end-to-end. TS curates and orchestrates a portfolio of advanced AI-native and enterprise technologies to solve company-wide strategic implementation challenges, not point problems.

TS partners with leading financial institutions and enterprises—including Broadridge, Apple Bank, JPMC, BoFA, PNC, Citi etc—to modernize operations, automate regulated workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes across the full organization.

In addition, TS provides fractional C-suite services during leadership and succession transitions and acts as a hands-on operating partner to Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Hedge Fund portfolios. The firm has deep domain expertise across Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Healthcare & Life Sciences, and the Public Sector.

We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Manager acting as head of all growth initiatives with a true operator mindset—someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and take full ownership of outcomes. You will work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leadership on growth initiatives that span AI strategy, marketing, demand and lead generation, content/media/PR, partnerships, and brand visibility. This is a remote role and is flexible for anyone across EU. You will ship real work from Day 1, influence real decisions, and help shape Tribeca’s growth engine.

Support and drive growth initiatives across US Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Public Sector verticals
· Translate strategy into execution including campaigns, content, outreach, and measurable outcomes
· Support growth of our AI native platform across product management, product marketing, market research, competitive benchmarking, GTM strategy and Marketing efforts to put it on the map
· Become a product champion and advocate for demo to prospects and help with building assets, Investment decks and support through capital raise.

Marketing & Demand Generation
· Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns (organic + outbound)
· Lead Website, CMS, for all content, and keep things updated while creating inbound traction and AI led SEO positioning (Knowledge of Framer and CMS is expected)
· Work with common growth and marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics, social scheduling, etc.)
· Thought Leadership & Content
· Create and co-author thought leadership content, including:
o LinkedIn and Twitter/X posts
o Short-form and long-form strategic content
· Help position Tribeca Softech and its leadership as credible voices in AI, finance, healthcare, and enterprise transformation

Podcast & Media Growth
· Lead podcast creation and execution, including:
o Recording, editing, and publishing (experience with Riverside required); be the face of content at times.
o Repurposing content into short-form clips for LinkedIn and Twitter/X and other social media channels
· Brand & Visual Consistency
· Canva, Figma, Adobe basics) to:
o Maintain brand consistency
o Create clean visuals for social, newsletters, and decks
· Ensure all outward-facing content meets a high bar of polish and credibility

Comfortable with deep technical writing and ability to create sharp, insightful, and original content
· Experience with Riverside for podcast recording and editing
· International MBA Preferred (Performance based US Visa Sponsorship Available)
· High intellectual curiosity and comfort working with senior executives

Your work will directly influence pipeline creation, brand visibility, partnerships, and revenue acceleration

Work closely with AI-native platforms, agentic systems, enterprise data infrastructure, and modern GTM stacks
· Gain hands-on exposure to how emerging technologies are applied in regulated industries like banking, healthcare, and the public sector
· Understand how early-stage and growth-stage companies translate complex technology into real enterprise value
