HEAD Sportswear is sharpening how it shows up across sport and culture. We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern to help run the engine behind that shift.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone early in their career who wants real exposure, not just observation. You’ll work across social media and marketing operations, with clear ownership of day-to-day output and the chance to grow into a more dedicated social role over time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish content across key platforms
- Own and manage the social content calendar
- Translate campaigns into platform-specific content
- Track performance and extract simple, actionable insights
- Stay on top of trends and bring relevant ideas to the table
Marketing Operations
- Support campaign execution across digital and physical touchpoints
- Coordinate content shoots and help manage production logistics
- Keep timelines, assets, and internal communication on track
- Ensure day-to-day marketing activities run smoothly
What You’ll Own
- The social content calendar and posting rhythm
- First drafts of social content and captions
- Day-to-day coordination of marketing tasks and deliverables
Who You Are
- 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in marketing or social media
- Comfortable creating content and working directly with platforms
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Interested in sportswear, fashion, and digital culture
- Proactive and willing to take responsibility early

Pay range and compensation package
Internship duration: 6 months
Work location: Milano
Total compensation: €6,000. Ticket Restaurant included.
