Position: Trade Marketing Specialist
A well-established company operating in the distribution of advanced technology solutions—covering areas such as smart home systems, security, video surveillance, and access control—is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to enhance its operational marketing activities and provide strong support to the commercial team.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will contribute to shaping and executing trade marketing initiatives across both domestic and international markets, working closely with sales and technical departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and rollout of product categories, coordinating with relevant internal teams;
- Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market positioning and product performance;
- Maintain and update product pricing structures, supporting the definition of pricing strategies across multiple regions;
- Assist the sales team with tailored materials, targeted analysis, and marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth;
- Support efforts to strengthen brand visibility and positioning within distribution channels;
- Gather and interpret sales data, producing reports to guide decision-making and marketing strategies;
- Leverage Business Intelligence tools and CRM systems to track and analyse commercial performance.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline;
- Previous experience in trade marketing, operational marketing, or sales analysis roles;
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms) and CRM systems;
- Good command of English;
- Excellent analytical thinking, organisational skills, and a results-driven mindset;
- Proactive team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
