Marketing Specialist

Our technology allows business teams to create and operationalize Predictive AI models in hours instead of months, democratizing access to advanced AI across Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and many other business functions. Elai operates across Europe and the United States, supporting the business departments of more than 100 companies worldwide.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Event Planning.

What you will do:

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, newsletters, website articles, email campaigns, and marketing materials

• Manage and coordinate the company’s social media channels and editorial calendar

• Support corporate and executive communication on topics related to AI, innovation, and technology

• Organize and coordinate events, webinars, executive roundtables, and international conferences

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, or similar roles

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Excellent written and spoken Italian

• Strong organizational, writing, and multitasking skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in startups, tech companies, SaaS, or AI environments

• Basic knowledge of SEO, CRM, or marketing automation tools

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B communication

• Experience in event management or executive personal branding activities

• Hybrid work model: up to 3 remote working days per week

• Salary range: €24,000 – €30,000 gross annual salary + benefit

• 3 years apprentice contract
