The Candidate:

We seek a solutions-oriented operator skilled in troubleshooting tech issues and managing supplier relationships. You will oversee performance of channel managers (Bokun, FareHarbor, TourCMS, Rezdy) and inventory partners in Rome, ensuring smooth bookings and system integrations. This role requires attention to detail, calmness under pressure, and proactive problem-solving.

Desired Experience:

• 2+ years with channel management platforms (e.g., Bokun, FareHarbor, TourCMS)
• 2+ years in tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce
• 1+ year coordinating with suppliers or vendors
• Experience troubleshooting booking flows and product syncing

Desired Skills:

• Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
• Experience with channel management platforms
• Familiarity with internal system integrations
• Ability to interpret performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ATC)

Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of Bokun, FareHarbor, TourCMS, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy
• Oversee inventory in Rome, coordinate with suppliers, monitor health and capacity
• Support cross-functional teams on product updates and KPIs
