Fully Remote

The Candidate:

A commercially driven operator who knows how to build relationships and close the loop. You’re sharp, pragmatic, and data-aware — not just reporting on performance, but using it to influence outcomes. Whether negotiating supplier rates or untangling system incompatibilities, you bring a “make it work” mindset.

You understand the dynamics of marketplaces: price too high, no one converts. Ignore conversion data, and your products stall. You know what drives bookings and what partners need to hear to get there. You're comfortable owning a portfolio of experiences and working cross-functionally to make sure they thrive. If there's a friction point between internal tools and partner systems, you're the one who smooths it out — not by escalating, but by solving.
