Master Data Associate
Location: Borgo San Michele - Latina, Italy.
Purpose For the Italian Production Plant of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine we are hiring a Master Data Associate for a permanent contract in the Data Readiness team within The Data Operation & Orchestration Organization. You will be part of the Master Data team and will report to the Data Readiness Lead.
Responsibilities
Execute Master Data Base business step for recipe/pv/master creation or modification according to business and quality needs, respecting the master data procedures and GMP roles according to defined scope and working effectively as part of a team.
Lead in autonomy the investigation in which Master Data is directly involved.
Guarantee steps execution in pipeline and fast track according to the planning date following the business plan and achieving the business goals: productivity, reliability, quality, flexibility and launches on time.
Ensure to respect quality and compliance of the activities you will be responsible for.
Collaborate with the stakeholders to increase productivity, reliability, quality and flexibility of the base business in the master data department.
Execute Root Cause Analysis to solve and improve issues, entirely autonomously.
Escalate issues appropriately according to performance management (daily/weekly/monthly) respecting the process governance.
Communicate autonomously with business partners (Finance, MSAT, GET, Planning, Operation, Regulatory, Next Gen) and the rest of the Data Operation & Orchestration team, facilitating resolution of issues in business and technical terms while maintaining connection to cross-functional partners inside and outside Latina.
Collaborate with the Data Operation & Orchestration team to share and improve processes, governance and standardize flows.
Qualifications / Requirements
Master's degree in engineering, pharmacy, CTF, chemistry or economics.
At least 2 years' experience in a master data role.
Strong knowledge of material master, checklist manager, SAP, Production Version, Master Batch Record.
Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team to ensure correct execution of activities according to agreed timing and quality.
Skills of ownership and accountability.
Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
Good knowledge of English language (B2 level and above).
