Material Management Assistant - Intern

Reports To: Material Manager

Job Purpose:

The Material Management Assistant supports the material planning activities, contributing to daily operations and continuous improvement initiative. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an industrial environment and to develop a solid understanding of material management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support material planning activities
• Use Bookeo Platform for suppliers bookings and arrivals
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and material flows
• Contribute to problem‑solving related to material availability and efficiency
• Support data analysis, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
• Contribute to problem‑solving related to material availability and efficiency
• Collaborate with Suppliers, Production, Quality, Controlling, Purchasing, and Logistics

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
