Material Management Assistant - Intern

The Material Management Assistant supports the material planning activities, contributing to daily operations and continuous improvement initiative. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an industrial environment and to develop a solid understanding of material management processes.

Main Responsibilities

Support material planning activities

Use Bookeo Platform for suppliers bookings and arrivals

Assist in monitoring stock levels and material flows

Contribute to problem‑solving related to material availability and efficiency

Support data analysis, reporting, and process optimization initiatives

Contribute to problem‑solving related to material availability and efficiency

Collaborate with Suppliers, Production, Quality, Controlling, Purchasing, and Logistics

Qualifications

Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
