My client, is a global airfreight carrier with its headquarters in Milan Malpensa, Italy. His fleet consists of fuel-efficient and modern B777F.
They are looking for a:
Role : MCC Officer
Location : Milan Malpensa (VA)
Contract: permanent position
MAIN RESPONSAILITIES
- act as focal point of the Maintenance Providers
- manage technical calls from duty Crews
- manage failures and corrective actions on Main base and Outstation
- verify accomplishment of scheduled task cards/inspections made by Contracted Maintenance Organizations
- evaluate and manage any Operational schedule change
- keep a constant coordination with both OCC and Loadcontrol for any MEL/CDG/DDL that may impact the performance of the Aircraft or the loading/unloading
- keep a constant coordination with OCC and Loadcontrol in case of technical issue that may impact/delay the departure of the Aircraft both in Main base and Outstation
- keep IT System (OASES) updated as soon as practicable
- keep control of AHM proactively informing all involved Depts of possible outcome (OCC/Loadcontrol for limitations, Maintenance Providers for trouble-shooting)
- Coordinate with Material Dept for needed parts (including Pool Orders)
- Acting as focal point in case of AOG keeping all involved departments updated
REQUIREMENTS
- EASA Part 66 Licensed Aircraft Engineers certified on Boeing Fleet;
- Relevant work and troubleshooting experience;
- Technical support to Maintenance, Crews, OCC and Outstations;
- able to manage AOG and technical delay follow-up on daily basis;
- Flexible, willing to work on 24/7 on shifts including nights and weekends;
- Proficient knowledge of IT tools (Office and My Boeing Fleet, any other Maintenance Software will be considered as a plus);
- EASA Regulation (Part M, Part 145), EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety certificates in force will be considered a plus;
- Proof of clear criminal records.
