You will collaborate with production, QC and R&D to scale and optimize processes, ensuring stability, quality and efficiency on the shop floor. The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related field) or equivalent by experience, and demonstrates hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving, and fluency
