About this vacancy
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting technical feasibility studies, evaluating the manufacturability of parts in relation to design constraints, available technologies, and machine tool capabilities.
- Estimating machine times and setup times using standard methodologies such as MTM to ensure accuracy in planning and costs.
- Using CATIA V5 to analyze 3D models, identify critical passages, and propose production-oriented optimizations (DfM).
- Defining the complete work cycle, including processing sequences, overturns, fixtures, tool selection, cutting parameters, and continuous improvement solutions.
- Coordinating the subsequent stages of the production process, such as painting and surface or thermal treatments, ensuring consistency and fluidity in the operational flow.
