Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate mechatronic, electro‑mechanical, or automated systems for industrial, manufacturing, or technology applications.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and controls teams to deliver end‑to‑end system solutions.
  • Support system architecture, component selection, and interface definition (sensors, actuators, controllers, drives, etc.).
  • Participate in prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of systems to ensure performance, reliability, and safety requirements are met.
  • Contribute to process optimization, automation improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support commissioning, installation, and handover of systems, including documentation and technical training where required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to innovation, R&D activities, and the adoption of new technologies in automation, robotics, or embedded systems.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar mechanical or automation engineering role.
  • Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical components and subsystems .
  • Strong understanding of automation system design and architecture .
  • Good command of English , both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD design tools .
  • Working knowledge of pneumatic systems .
  • Hands‑on experience with additive manufacturing technologies (3D printing) .
  • Experience using PLM and ERP systems in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
