Job Description

Participates in contract review of plant projects with the Engineering Manager, ensuring POs milestones are achieved timely for all plant equipment:

• Prepares and issues RFQ Technical Specification Documents.
• Participates in technical negotiations with suppliers and in kick-off and follow-up meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Carries out regular supplier technical expediting meetings with Procurement and Quality Engineers.
• Ensures timely and high-quality completion of engineering activities and facilitates information flow among disciplines.
• Supports updating of document templates in collaboration with the product responsible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer for Equipment & Packages in EPC projects of industrial plants
• Ability to develop guidelines and standards in defined knowledge areas.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong team collaboration skills across different locations and good time management.
