Responsibilities

• Participate in contract review of plant projects with the Engineering Manager and ensure purchase order milestones are achieved timely for all plant equipment.
• Prepare and issue RFQ Technical Specification Documents.
• Participate in technical negotiations with suppliers and in the kick‑off and regular follow‑up meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular supplier technical expediting meetings with Procurement and Quality Engineer.
• Ensure that engineering‑related activities are completed on time and with high quality, and facilitate the flow of relevant information to other disciplines.
• Cooperate with product responsible, supporting the updating of document templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer Equipment & Packages in EPC projects of industrial plants, with focus on rotating equipment (fans, blowers).
• Able to develop guidelines and standards for defined areas of knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages considered a plus.
• Able to work inside teams spread across different locations and possess good time‑management skills.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 48,000

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
