Staff Engineer - Structural Design - Fully Automatic Coffee Machine
Location: Stuttgart, Germany or Milan, Italy
Job Summary
This role plays a pivot role in R&D for fully automatic coffee machines, managing the entire development process, and solving technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development for new coffee machine technologies and platforms.
- Lead innovation efforts by analyzing overseas market trends and user characteristics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Drive breakthroughs in new technical fields with a strong sense of teamwork.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in structural development for pressure coffee machines, with a preference for experience in fully automatic models.
- Strong innovation, analytical, and communication skills.
