About the Role

We design and deliver innovative mechanical solutions for ground and space‑based optical applications. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support our team in designing, developing, and testing mechanical components. The ideal candidate is a lateral thinker with a passion for opto‑mechanics and astronomy. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, working closely with experienced engineers in mechanical, optical, electronic, and manufacturing areas.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Assist in preparing manufacturing drawings and bill of materials.
  • Support integration procedures and documentation.
  • Help with structural analysis under supervision.
  • Participate in technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
  • Contribute to structural and thermal test activities.
  • Prepare basic reports and documentation.

Qualifications – Junior Mechanical Engineer

  • At least 2 years of experience in high‑tech companies.
  • University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Familiarity with engineering drawing standards.
  • Good problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Basic English language skills (read and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Internship or academic project experience in mechanical design.
  • Knowledge of structural or thermal analysis tools (Femap, Nastran, Ansys).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Knowledge of opto‑mechanics and astronomy.
