As a Mechanical R&D Engineer, you design and validate electrical systems and project-based solutions. • Design and build electrical system/products and project-based solutions
• Conduct finite element analyses to optimize design, especially joints, fatigue, and safety factors per railway norms
• Drive technology innovations and ensure high product reliability
• Maintain and update design database to trace and reproduce correct apparatuses

• Validate all mechanical and electrical designs for the group

Responsabilità

• Master in Mechanical Engineering with FE simulation experience
• Electrical AC/DC knowledge strongly preferred
• Development or technical design experience on mechanical or electro‑mechanical devices is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
• Strong 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, etc.)
• Railway rolling stock industry knowledge and international standards is a plus
• Experience with MSC.Nastran/Apex/Patran is advantageous
• Experience with welded joint and fatigue analysis is advantageous
• English fluency for written client reports; French beneficial
