We provide our services across various sectors, including Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, Energy, Heavy Industry, Medical, Automotive, Aerospace, and Railway.
For an important project, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical System Design Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the R&D team and interfaces with technical departments, production, assembly managers, Project Managers, and Purchasing.
- Models parts and assemblies using 3D CAD and produces technical drawings.
- Prepares and issues mechanical BOMs to support manufacturing.
- Manages communications with suppliers of components and assemblies.
- Codes mechanical and commercial components, both new and existing.
- Supports on-site installation of R&D products, providing technical drawings when needed.
- Designs new mechanical devices based on job order requirements.
- Contributes to product standardization and continuous improvement.
- Proposes and helps implement new processes for testing and releasing products.
- Monitors costs when developing mechanical solutions.
- Assists in drafting technical documentation for R&D and system teams.
- May supervise external resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Works with customer support (LPS) on R&D product issues.
- Provides on-site support in case of mechanical malfunctions or non-conformities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering and design.
- 2 years of experience in material handling equipment.
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor.
- Good command of the English language (minimum level B2).
