We are seeking a hybrid marketing/project management profile with strong digital media knowledge . The role supports the marketing team in managing media spaces for brands and merchants, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include go-to-market for media kits, post-sale campaign coordination, and media offer optimization .


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and evolution of the media offering (e.g., banners, DEMs, landing pages) across ecommerce and welfare platforms .
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to translate commercial opportunities into actionable campaigns, managing the relationship between merchants, platforms, and suppliers .
  • Handle the end-to-end project management of post-sale media campaigns: gathering assets, tracking timelines, and coordinating with third-party platforms and technical partners.
  • Monitor and track campaign activities using Airtable , collecting and organizing KPIs from external vendors for reporting purposes.
  • Serve as the internal point of reference for all media activations managed by the marketing team.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing , media trade marketing , campaign management , or B2B project coordination .
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset .
  • Experience or familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Solid understanding of digital media placements in a reservation-based model (e.g., banner ads, direct email marketing, custom landings).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with sales teams and clients .
  • Nice to have : experience in media agencies , welfare platforms , retail media , or B2B ecommerce environments .
