In this Medical Affairs role, you bridge cutting-edge amyloidosis science with real-world practice to improve diagnosis and treatment. You lead cross-functional medical planning and ensure rigorous scientific stewardship across engagements. You will build partnerships with leading clinicians, guide educational initiatives, and drive evidence generation to shape patient care. The position sits at the nexus of medical affairs, clinical research, and commercial collaboration, enabling rapid, impact-focused initiatives that advance the standard of care.

  • Identify, map and develop Key Opinion Leaders to surface insights and strengthen external credibility
  • Own delivery of the medical plan and lead local clinical, observational, and diagnostic screening projects with cross-functional partners
  • Build scientific expertise in amyloidosis; monitor literature and translate learnings into guidance and field enablement
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, codes, and company policies across materials and activities
  • Create high-quality educational content and support material development for meetings and education activities
  • Deliver reactive, on-site scientific presentations and participate in local meetings to gather insights
  • Collaborate with safety teams on pharmacovigilance and risk communication
  • Work with marketing and sales to craft scientifically sound promotional messages and documentation
  • Support Medical Lead in training the sales force and reviewing materials for regulatory alignment
  • Engage with professional societies and external groups to expand field insights
  • Proven ability to identify, map, and develop Key Opinion Leaders and maintain scientific relationships
  • Project management experience for medical plans, clinical/observational studies, and diagnostic screening with cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong scientific expertise and familiarity with literature in amyloidosis and relevant therapies
  • Knowledge of local laws, guidelines, codes of practice, and company policies for promotional activities and education
  • Experience developing educational materials for medical initiatives
  • Track record delivering reactive medical presentations onsite
  • Experience supporting pharmacovigilance and managing adverse events
  • Experience collaborating with country marketing and sales on promotions and documentation
  • Experience supporting development, review, and approval of materials for scientific meetings and education
  • Experience participating in local meetings to gather medical intelligence and insights
  • Experience training sales teams in medical matters and promotional review processes
