Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Operations Associate Manager to support our Italy Medical Affairs organization in a hybrid Milan-based role. You will drive compliant country Medical Affairs activities, coordinate vendor relations, and manage SOPs, budgets, and advisory boards.
Ideal candidates bring 6-8+ years in pharma/biotech operations, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Veeva/PromoMats. English proficiency is preferred and some travel may be required.
