We are currently seeking a Training Manager to join our Italian subsidiary based in Udine . This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the national training strategy, ensuring excellence in knowledge development and brand education, and driving commercial performance through impactful, consistent, and market-aligned training initiatives across Italy.

Define and lead the training strategy aligned with the brand vision, positioning and business objectives in the Italian market.
Design, develop and implement the annual training plan and specific training programs for launches, events and strategic initiatives.
Create and adapt training content in different formats (face-to-face, digital and blended learning).
Ensure proper follow-up and evaluation of active training plans within each Business Unit.
Train and develop the local training team to guarantee homogeneous implementation across the territory.
Identify training needs and propose improvement actions to increase efficiency and commercial impact.
Monitor and measure training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations and follow-up of training actions.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure training initiatives support product sell-out and business growth.
Ensure proper reporting and tracking of training activities and results.


Previous experience in a Training Manager, Senior Trainer or similar leadership role.
Strong experience in designing and implementing training strategies and programs.
Background in the cosmetics, professional aesthetics or related industry is highly valued.
Analytical skills and experience working with KPIs to measure training impact.
High level of English for interaction within an international environment.
Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
