Merchandising Specialist Junior - Internship

As part of the Merchandising team, this position will report to the Head of Merchandising and Operations and will support the development of a profitable and efficient assortment through close collaboration with the Product, Sourcing, and Sales teams.
Main activities & accountabilities:
- Support on the analysis of collections performance through data to implement most effective price architecture, product assortment and updates through milestones.
- Work collaboratively with product, sourcing and sales team to meet seasonal range plan targets and KPIs.
- Support of the Management of the entire development process up to the presentation and approval of the collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Power point)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Curiosity and proactivity in approaching problems
