Job Description
- Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions is Mandatory
- AVEVA MES Modules Performance Operations and Quality
- AVEVA System Platform
- AVEVA Work Tasks Skelta BPM
- AVEVA Enterprise Integrator
- AVEVA InTouch and/or OMI
- Good knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization Production Sequencing Order Execution Genealogy and Traceability Overall Equipment Efficiency OEE ERP Integration Production Quality and Automation
- Ability to prepare and comprehend the functional requirements for MOM, Manufacturing IT systems
- Experience in converting Business requirements to functional or technical solution by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems
- Preparing FRS FDS Testing & validation exercise in constructing test script for SITUAT and functional validation
- Knowledge of leading industry standards like ISA95 ISA88 MESA GMP etc
- Experience in Upgrade Migrations with various tools approaches and best practices
- Understanding control systems automation and its integration with MES
- Manufacturing Domain experience in diverse industries
