MES Solution Specialist

In this role you drive value for manufacturers by defining and delivering DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM solutions, guiding customers through business transformations. You bridge technical and business teams, demonstrate solutions, and ensure successful go-lives using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You work with cross-functional groups to map requirements to measurable KPIs and tailor communications to diverse stakeholders. This position offers international exposure and the chance to shape manufacturing operations on a global scale. car private health insurance extensive skills and career development programs Gain expertise in DELMIA Apriso and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to deliver value Translate customer needs into tailored solutions and support larger deal closures Act as primary communicator between programmers, engineers, infrastructure consultants, and customers Represent solution value to stakeholders by mapping requirements to business KPIs Validate configurations against customer requirements and expectations Deliver engaging demonstrations of configured solutions Provide functional support during development and daily operations Leverage dashboards to provide transparent, measurable results Design, develop and customize MES/MOM solutions including configuration and programming Collaborate with development teams for integrations, scripts and custom logic Support solution deployments and successful go-lives Master's degree with proven experience as a Solution Consultant/Engineer in IT/IS, especially in supply chain (MES, MOM, ERP, PLM) Solid experience with MES and MOM systems Hands‑on software development experience, including customization, integration, and troubleshooting Strong programming skills with scripting and database development Experience with DELMIA Apriso is preferred; proficiency in C#/.NET Core and web app development is required Extensive industry experience, ideally with international exposure Solid knowledge of ICT sales methodologies and system integration Ability to present and negotiate with stakeholders and secure buy-in
