Metal Fabrication Technologist

Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Metal Fabrication Technologist Engineer with expertise in carpentry, welding, and machining processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical standards, optimizing production methods, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Your Impact

• Define and maintain technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes.
• Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose updates to existing standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
• Conduct testing and validation of components to meet performance and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and materials.

About You

What you should bring:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies.
• Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Project management capabilities.
