We’re Hiring: Microgrid / Power Systems Specialist

Locations: Acireale or Rome, Italy. Full remote available (only freelance consultancy agreements).

Your Mission

Lead CPPC Tiers microgrid capabilities, ensuring compliance with grid codes and protection schemes while enabling reliable and efficient system performance.

What You’ll Do

• Design islanding logic (grid-forming and non-grid-forming).
• Implement synchronization and resynchronization sequences.
• Coordinate control logic with protection systems.
• Manage and resolve grid interaction edge cases.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in microgrid systems and grid protection.
• Hands‑on experience in industrial or utility‑scale microgrid projects.
• Solid understanding of power systems and grid integration.

Senior Specialist (e.g., Microgrid Engineer, Grid Integration Specialist).
