Position:

We are seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance/Operations Consultants for national and international projects. Our BC Team excels in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 for Sales , leveraging the Microsoft platform across three main areas: Project & Consulting, Support & AMS, and Laboratory.

The selected candidates will be based in Torino, Milano, Bologna, Roma, Pisa, Avellino, Francavilla Fontana .

The main responsibilities include:

• Configuring Dynamics BC to meet client needs;
• Performing system tests on configured processes, procedures, and data;
• Providing user training;
• Assisting users during the initial phase of system deployment.

Requirements:

• Focus on new projects, migrations, and roll-outs;
• Work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality and alignment with client priorities;
• Mentoring junior team members;
• Gathering requirements through assessments and interviews;
• Designing solutions, writing functional and technical analyses;
• Configuring systems and supporting go-live phases;
• Training users with clear objectives and timelines.

Ideal candidates will have good knowledge of:

• BC modules Finance, Operation;
• Other modules (e.g., BI, CRM);

Experience with NAV and BC projects is a plus.
