Moncler Outlet Store Manager - Leccio (The Mall)

Moncler is looking for a Outlet Store Manager to lead our Outlet store in Leccio The Mall . Consistently driven by innovation and excellence, we are looking for a leader who shares our values and spirit, and who is eager to contribute to the continued success of a dynamic and evolving environment.

Your Impact

• Build an authentic, attentive, and long-lasting relationship with clients, based on active listening and addressing customer expectations;
• Prioritize excellence in outlet performance and results through the analysis of clear KPIs and the implementation of action plans aimed at achieving ambitious targets;
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with the Maison's guidelines;
• Continuously enhance within the teams the understanding of the brand's history and values, as well as the ability to naturally promote collections and product features;
• Create a stimulating work environment where trust and respect for diversity are valued;
• Empower and inspire teams by recognizing individual strengths and suggesting solutions for continuous improvement;
• Lead the team to achieve shared objectives by clearly identifying priorities, tasks, and defining roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial experience within structured fashion, luxury, or retail organizations; experience in an Outlet environment is a plus;
• Proven excellence in customer service skills;
• Full professional proficiency in French; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Digital mindset, with strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using payment and inventory management systems and tools.
