Moncler Supply chain Project Manager - Bacau based

Overview

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing all the projects related to Moncler Industries Yield Factory , based in Bacau (Romania).

Your Impact

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain projects within the manufacturing environment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully implement new processes, systems, and operational standards.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, lead times, and service levels.
• Support the implementation of digital tools and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational performance across planning, procurement, inventory, production, and logistics.
• Perform data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making and project prioritization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English or Romanian, Italian is mandatory .
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of engineering.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibilitiy and problem solving.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Annual Salary Range 50.000 - 60.000 euro
