QJ Motor is a dynamic, innovation‑driven Chinese brand that’s rapidly expanding its presence in the Italian two‑wheeler market. We’re now seeking an experienced Field Aftersales Manager to elevate our customer care and dealer support—and help us build lasting brand loyalty in Italy.
Role Overview
You will leverage your deep technical and operational expertise to ensure top‑tier after‑sales performance across our dealer network and service centers. Your main objectives will be to enhance customer satisfaction, support after-sales revenue growth, and contribute to maintaining high service standards for QJ Motor
Key Responsibilities :
Dealer Network Management:
– Continuously monitor service quality, customer satisfaction and after‑sales revenue (maintenance, spare parts, service contracts).
– Drive corrective actions where performance gaps emerge.
Operational Excellence:
– Analyze workshop workflows and KPIs to identify bottlenecks.
– Define and implement strategies that boost efficiency and service standards.
Training & Development:
– Design and roll out technical and administrative training programs for dealer technicians and staff.
– Ensure consistent skills development across the network.
Data & Reporting:
– Track after‑sales KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
– Recommend targeted actions to meet or exceed company targets.
Relationship Management:
– Act as primary liaison between QJ Motor and its dealers/service centers.
– Foster clear, proactive communication and strong collaborative partnerships.
Cross‑functional Collaboration:
– Work closely with Product, Logistics, Warranty and Finance teams to resolve issues, improve processes and launch new models.
Ad hoc Projects:
– Lead or support special initiatives as assigned by the management.
What We Require
Experience: Minimum 10 years in after‑sales roles within the motorcycle sector. Automotive after‑sales experience is a strong plus.
Technical Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, electronics and diagnostics, plus proven experience managing a dealer/service network.
Analytical Skills: Advanced data analysis and reporting proficiency; high‑level Excel skills or familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in managing external partnerships.
Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned territory (valid driver’s license required).
Languages: Fluent in Italian (native level) and English (both written and spoken)
