Mould Maker – Motorsport Composites Location: Italy Contract: 6 Months (with potential extension) Rate: €30 per hour Start Date: ASAP VHR is recruiting on behalf of a leading motorsport composites manufacturer in Italy for an experienced Mould Maker . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation delivering high-performance composite components for the motorsport sector while working on cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities Manufacture high-quality composite moulds for motorsport components. Prepare, assemble, finish, and inspect tooling to precise specifications. Repair, modify, and maintain existing composite moulds and tooling. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Ensure all tooling meets dimensional and quality standards. Work closely with laminators and production teams to achieve project deadlines. Requirements Previous experience as a Mould Maker within the composites industry. Proven ability to produce composite tooling to a high standard. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Right to work in the EU or eligibility to work in Italy. Desirable Skills Experience within motorsport, Formula 1, or high-performance automotive sectors. Knowledge of carbon fibre composite manufacturing processes. Experience with tooling repairs and modifications. English communication skills; Italian language skills are beneficial. What's on Offer €30 per hour.
