About the Role

We are seeking passionate and results‑driven Multilingual B2B Digital Sales Specialists to join our growing team supporting the LinkedIn Refuel Project. In this role, you will engage with B2B clients across European markets, helping them understand how LinkedIn’s digital advertising solutions can improve their brand visibility, demand generation, and business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for sales‑driven professionals who enjoy consultative selling, cold outreach, and working in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Location : Sofia / Bulgaria (relocation support offered if outside)

Languages : Italian, French, Dutch or Spanish + English

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Start Date : 12 January 2026

Model : Hybrid or Remote (depending on role)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and qualify B2B prospects through outbound outreach, cold calling, and lead‑generation activities.
  • Conduct assessments and present digital advertising solutions based on clients’ objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Drive product value by advising clients on best practices, campaign optimization, and strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow established sales processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure great client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish, French or Dutch + English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling sales experience, ideally in tech and digital advertising
  • Solid understanding of business development and lead‑generation methodologies
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills.
