NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for someone who wants to start a professional journey with us in the role of National Account Manager - Off Premise Channel (GDO). You will be included in the Sales Team with the aim of managing business initiatives of high strategic impact and complexity. The key focus is on managing sales and negotiation initiatives with the key national customers. In addition, you will be responsible for managing one or more direct reports, supporting their professional development and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Your Activities Will Include

  • Be responsible for the national agreements and customers buying groups;
  • Setting up and implementing Customer Plans;
  • Be responsible for identifying and developing market opportunities on customers to maximize the positive impact on business;
  • Be responsible for S&OP forecasting process and buying groups' right orders flow;
  • Lead and influence key internal stakeholders (e.g. Trade Marketing, Sell Out, Finance and Revenue).

Who We’re Looking For

  • You’ve a University Master Degree, preferably in economics;
  • You’ve a minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in direct customers management and 2-4 years of category or trade marketing experience preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company;
  • You’ve fluency in English and Italian;
  • You’ve ability to think and act strategically;
  • You’re able to work in team and manage complex situations;
  • You’ve strong determination and you’re result driven;
  • You’ve good negotiation skills.
