We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team at Bolton Food, based in Milano.

How you make the difference

As a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across national clients, strengthening strategic retailer relationships, optimizing product visibility and promotional activities, and delivering sell-out performance in line with company objectives.

How your agenda looks like:

  • Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with the customer.
  • Deliver on sales targets and objectives.
  • Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for the customer.
  • Design and execute customer‑specific promotional plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories.

Your team:

This position reports to the Customer Team Manager and closely collaborates with the wider Sales Team, as well as with cross‑functional commercial and corporate departments.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • 4+ years of experience across Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments;
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset;
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent Italian and good English proficiency;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Results‑oriented, proactive, and team‑player attitude.
