Job Description :
Responsibilities
- Support the national manager to achieve the national sales target and promote the SO to achieve the goal.
- Retail marketing: responsible for new product launch terminal management, promotional activities management, promotional goods supply management, Demo Units management, in-store marketing, related expense management.
- Promotion manpower management: outsourcing organization construction, manpower planning and allocation principles, assessment and incentives, and related expense management.
- Retail training: internal and external FF manpower training, trainer management, excellent case dissemination, and related expense management.
- Terminal store management: planning, construction and management of key stores, SI specification and landing, position planning and construction, operation management, process indicator supervision, design and implementation of display experience, and related cost management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail management experience in consumer electronics.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication, organization, coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
- Strong learning ability, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to accept challenges.
- Ability to work independently, good personal reputation and professional ethics.
- Location: Italy.
