POSITION PURPOSE: As a Living Quarter Specialist within our Naval Department (Business Line ENCAR), you will be responsible for:
- Architectural and technical specification preparation.
- Design and coordination of building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
- Detailed design review and follow-up with subcontractors.
- Coordination with architects, REVIT designers, and structural engineers.
- Participation in 3D reviews.
- Applying basic knowledge of building services and classification society rules (ABS, BV, DNV).
- Utilizing 3D review tools such as Navisworks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English.
- Permanent contract.
- 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Office Suite.
- Soft skills: Motivation, Communication.
- Preferred: International mobility.
LOCATION: Milan Saipem Office.
