Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Lead the construction and industrial services for a greenfield manufacturing site, guiding a cross-functional team through the full project lifecycle to optimise utilities and asset investments. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver on-time capital projects with strong safety and regulatory compliance. This role offers visibility in a major Nestlé Purina expansion, with impact from concept to start-up and commissioning. You will shape the site’s foundations for reliable production and scalable operations.

• Lead construction and industrial services scope execution and coordinate stakeholders from project brief to sustained performance
• Manage cross-functional team overseeing capital investments in fixed assets and potential relocation or acquisition
• Ensure smooth start-up of industrial services for utilities generation and distribution (electricity, steam, refrigeration, water, effluent, hygienic air, compressed air)
• Deliver buildings modifications/ extensions in line with local regulations and Nestlé safety/hygiene standards
• Organize project execution and manage budgets above 20 MCHF
• Manage third parties (general contractor, system integrator) per norms and standards
• Maintain project documentation and digitalization per group standard
• Issue User Requirement Specifications (URS) integrating standards from TAP/Utilities & Corporate functions
• Coordinate tendering and work allocation of third-party contractors
• Achieve FAT, SAT, commissioning and close-out; manage deviations and changes
• Oversee environmental communications with local authorities; ensure alignment of progress reports with execution
• Control and validate deviations and/ or Variable Orders
• Civil engineering background (mandatory)
• ≈10 years of experience on complex construction sites
• Experience in food-related manufacturing environment preferred (10+ years)
• International project environment experience (5 years) with PMI certification
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Knowledge of industrial services and regulatory compliance
• Experience supervising others who operate industrial services systems
