As HR Business Partner at Nestlé Purina Italy, you will lead the people agenda and drive end-to-end recruitment for a new manufacturing site. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute a scalable hiring strategy that supports installation, startup and ramp-up of a modern, highly automated facility. You will build the site’s employer brand within the local community and steer talent management across project phases. This greenfield project offers a chance to shape culture, drive impact, and partner in a globally focused, quality-driven environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to attract, develop and retain top talent, delivering value from day one.

- Operate effectively in a matrix environment, leveraging influencing and collaboration to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- At least 7 years of experience in HR roles
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment projects
- Experience supporting industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
- Previous involvement in greenfield, startup or large-scale workforce build-up projects a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives
- Fluent in Italian and English
