Experteer Overview
In this HR Business Partner role, you will drive the people agenda while leading attraction and recruitment for a new manufacturing site. You’ll partner with leaders to design a scalable hiring strategy that supports installation, start-up and ramp-up of a modern, automated facility within a global quality-and-improvement culture. This greenfield project offers a pivotal opportunity to build the workforce from the ground up and shape the site’s employer brand in the local community. You will be the go-to person for people-related topics and strategic workforce planning.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for the new site, ensuring attraction, selection and onboarding of required workforce Design and implement People Strategies aligned with business goals to attract, develop and retain employees Coordinate workforce planning for the specific unit and engage with local stakeholders on territory considerations Drive employer branding initiatives tailored to local needs and territory Manage Performance and Talent Management processes, including calibration and development planning Lead talent reviews/calibrations to align high performance with development cycles Foster effective relationships with managers, employees and representatives to promote open communication and cooperation Support short- and long-term business needs with a view to competitive advantage and risk management Qualifications
At least 7 years of HR experience Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment projects Experience in supporting industrial/manufacturing environments (strongly preferred) Previous involvement in greenfield, startup or large-scale workforce build-up projects (strong plus) Strong stakeholder management and project management skills Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives Fluent in Italian and English Compensation knowledge under CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary 65,000.00 Benefits
