Overview
Experteer Overview: In this role you drive the planning and operational execution of a capital investment project to launch a new, highly automated production site. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with manufacturing excellence and cost targets, supporting or leading a small project as needed. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and TPM-aligned design and startup readiness, culminating in a vertical start-up. You will work closely with the Operations & Start Up Leader to ensure on-time, on-budget ramp-up with a smooth handover to operations. Responsibilities
Define project scope, success criteria, and milestones with stakeholders Create and manage the Investment Project Charter and resources plan Incorporate standards, best practices, and risk assessment into planning Lead basic and detailed design activities following Nestlé principles and UDS/TPM requirements Ensure safety by design for workers and operators during construction and operation Coordinate design teams and mobilize resources across stakeholders Lead Operations Assessment and Change Impact assessments Develop an Operation Start-up Plan and ramp-up curve for vertical start-up Coordinate commissioning, qualification, verification, and handover to operations Ensure permits, licenses, and external interactions are completed Oversee recruitment and competency development for operational readiness Maintain end-to-end project communication with steering committee and stakeholders Monitor adherence to timing, cost, and quality targets Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in similar roles University Degree in Engineering Fluency in Italian and English Benefits
