University Degree in Engineering

Manufacturing projects management (”making it happen”): 3-5 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry

Fluency in English is required. Italian knowledge would be a plus.

Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, 1° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary €57.500,00.

Position Summary Ensure implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards.

A day in the life of a Packing Engineer

Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design

Fulfill ""engineering"" project concept

Organize project execution

Mobilize resources (internal & external)

Ensure the coordination with plant design

Select and qualify contactors

Coordinate contractors’ activities

Ensure Nestlé standards are applied

Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief

Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions.

What will make you successful?

Manufacturing projects management (”making it happen”): 3-5 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry.

Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (HSE)

Factory operations experience.
