Network Analyst Role
The Network Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of network services across the region. Reporting to the ROC Infrastructure Team Lead, the Network Analyst supports the design, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks. This role ensures network reliability, optimizes network performance, and resolves network-related issues promptly to support business continuity.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in network support or network administration, with hands-on experience in maintaining network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, Cattools).
- Experience troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi issues.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

- Network expertise: Deep understanding of network protocols, architecture, and devices, with troubleshooting and optimization skills.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
- Security awareness: Knowledge of network security best practices and implementing security measures.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, sharing knowledge to resolve issues.
