The Network Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and

security of network services across the region. Reporting to the ROC Infrastructure

Team Lead, the Network Analyst supports the design, configuration, maintenance, and

troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including local area networks (LAN), wide

area networks (WAN), and wireless networks. This role ensures network reliability,

optimises network performance, and resolves network-related issues promptly to

support business continuity.


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in network support or network administration,

with first hand experience in maintaining network infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), and

network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., SolarWinds,

Wireshark, Cattools).

  • Experience troubleshooting LAN, WAN and Wifi issues.
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus

and devices, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise network performance.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve

network issues in a timely manner.

  • Security Awareness: Knowledge of network security best practices and the

ability to implement appropriate security measures to safeguard network

infrastructure.

  • Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and

verbal, for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing information

and knowledge to resolve network issues.

  • Adaptability: Capable of adapting to new networking technologies and changing

business requirements in a dynamic environment.
